This single policy explains the terms for using AI Love Club, how personal information is handled, the rules for prepaid passes and Love Credits, and the boundaries that keep the service lawful, private and respectful.

AI Love Club is available only to adults aged 18 or older. You must also be legally permitted to access adult-oriented services where you live and provide accurate account information.
Do not create an account for another person, allow a minor to use your account, share access to bypass safeguards or use the service where doing so would be unlawful. You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure.
AI Love Club provides conversations and requested media involving fictional, AI-generated companion characters. Replies and media are produced by automated systems and may sometimes be inaccurate, unexpected or unavailable. A character is not a real person, does not possess human feelings and cannot form a legal or real-world relationship. Characters must not be used to imitate or recreate an identifiable real person.
Every generated photo, video and voice note is visibly labelled as AI-generated at the point where it is presented. The protected media viewer applies a persistent “AI Love Club · AI-generated” visual overlay to generated images and video, identifies generated voice notes beside their player, and gives downloaded files an AI-generated filename. These labels must not be removed or used to misrepresent synthetic material as real.
The service is for entertainment and companionship. It is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial or emergency assistance. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service.
Members may enjoy private romantic, affectionate, flirty and adult conversations with clearly adult AI characters. Permitted visual content may include fashion, swimwear, lingerie, glamour and other suggestive—but non-pornographic—images, subject to the restrictions below.
To protect members and prevent illegal, exploitative or dangerous use, AI Love Club automatically screens each member message and each AI-generated reply in real time before it is delivered or stored. The screening service classifies content for safety risks such as child sexual abuse material, coercion, threats, hate, instructions for self-harm, violent wrongdoing and other prohibited activity, including sleeping-person sexual scenarios, watersports, abduction or snuff, intoxication or hypnosis, prostitution or escorting, polygamy, illegal plotting and prohibited professional advice. Additional controls reject requests to imitate real people, use personal relationships or social-media profiles as generation subjects, clone identities or create deepfakes. Adult romantic or flirty language is not blocked merely because it is sexual; it remains subject to the adult-content boundaries in this policy.
A flagged message or media request may be blocked and not sent for generation. AI character prompts instruct providers to preserve only the approved fictional character and never use a real person’s face, identity, voice or likeness. Customer-supplied real-person reference images are not accepted for generation. If the safety service is unavailable or an AI reply does not pass its check, the chat may pause without charging the message allowance. We use screening results to operate and protect the service; we do not use them to make decisions about employment, credit, housing or other essential services. We may retain limited security records where necessary to investigate abuse, meet legal duties or handle a challenge, under the retention rules below.
The responsible AI Love Club administrator reviews moderation errors and support reports every business day, reviews blocked-event trends at least weekly, and performs a documented rules-and-provider review at least quarterly and after any serious incident or material provider change. Confirmed urgent child-safety, credible-threat, coercion, trafficking or similarly illegal material is disabled immediately, with a four-hour operational target after verification. Other confirmed prohibited content is disabled or removed within 24 hours. Access can be restricted sooner while an investigation is under way.
We may limit features, suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, the service is being misused, payment has failed, or action is required to protect users or comply with law. You may ask support@ailoveclub.com for human review of a moderation or account decision. Please identify the account, approximate time and decision without resending prohibited material. We aim to acknowledge an appeal within two business days and provide an outcome within five business days, although a complex legal or safety investigation may take longer; if so, we will explain the delay.
You may stop using the service at any time. Closing an account does not automatically reverse completed charges, and certain information may need to be retained for security, disputes, accounting or legal compliance.
AI Love Club collects registration details such as display name, email address, date of birth, country, optional pronouns and companion preferences. We also process sign-in and security information, prepaid-pass and Love Credit status, support correspondence, chat messages, memories, media requests, feature-usage records and automated safety classifications.
Chat content may reveal sensitive information, including a person’s sex life or sexual orientation. Where UK data-protection law treats this as special-category data, we ask for explicit consent before account creation. Share only what you are comfortable providing. Do not submit another person’s name, photograph, voice, social-media account, contact details, sensitive information or other identifying material for imitation or content generation.
Visitors may try four free, non-explicit text messages before registering. Preview messages are sent to our AI provider for a reply and automated safety screening but are not saved as account conversations. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a guest preview. We keep a random browser identifier and a salted, one-way network-address hash to enforce the four-message allowance and limit abuse; the counter is removed after 90 days. We do not store the guest message text in this counter.
Automated screening can block delivery of content that appears to breach the safety rules. It is designed to reduce harm and protect the service, not to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. You may ask support for human review and may object where applicable. AI-generated replies are automated content, but they do not determine access to employment, credit, housing or other essential services.
Current providers include Supabase for authentication and database services, OpenAI for AI processing and automated message moderation, site hosting, Namecheap-hosted email for support communications, and NOWPayments for cryptocurrency checkout. CCBill is being assessed for card payments and will be added only if the account is approved and connected. AI Love Club does not store members’ card details. Providers act under their applicable contractual terms and may process information outside the United Kingdom.
Where an international transfer requires protection, the operator must confirm that an adequacy decision, UK International Data Transfer Agreement/addendum or another valid safeguard applies before launch. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, a credible threat or prohibited activity.
Operational account, profile and conversation data is kept while the account is active, unless you delete the account sooner. Companion memories are limited by the memory period attached to your plan and expired memories can be purged automatically. Unconfirmed accounts should be reviewed for deletion after 30 days; routine security and moderation-event metadata after 90 days; closed support and appeal cases after 24 months; and legally required transaction or accounting records for up to six years. A documented incident record may be retained for up to 24 months after closure, or longer where law, a regulator, law-enforcement body, payment partner or legal hold requires it. The moderation-event record does not contain the chat message itself. Deleted information may remain inaccessible in encrypted provider backups until the provider’s normal backup cycle completes.
From My Account, a signed-in member can download a machine-readable copy of account data or permanently delete the account. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, restriction, objection or portability and may withdraw consent where consent is our basis. We normally respond within one month. Contact support@ailoveclub.com. UK users may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
No online system is risk-free. We use authenticated access, row-level database controls, server-side API credentials and restricted administrative functions to reduce risk, and we review suspected personal-data breaches under a written response process.
AI Love Club does not offer automatically renewing subscriptions. Every paid option is a one-time, fixed-term Love Credit purchase. Before payment, checkout shows the total GBP price, term, credit-release schedule, feature costs and expiry rules. Payment details are handled by the selected payment provider and are not stored directly by AI Love Club.
Public pages may show an estimated local-currency amount based on the visitor’s country code and a recent reference exchange rate. AI Love Club does not retain the country code for this feature. The binding sale price remains in GBP, and a bank, wallet or payment provider may use a different conversion rate or charge its own fee.
Each Love Credit allowance and top-up is valid for 30 days from its release or purchase. Unused credits expire and do not roll over. A longer prepaid pass releases a fresh allowance every 30 days for its stated fixed term. No pass or top-up renews automatically, and no future charge is made unless the customer actively completes another purchase. Charges for connected features are shown before confirmation. Future prices may change with notice, but changes will not retrospectively alter a completed purchase.
Refund eligibility depends on applicable consumer law, whether digital access or Love Credits have already been supplied or used, the reason for the request and the purchase terms accepted at checkout. A refund is not guaranteed merely because cryptocurrency values changed after payment. Statutory rights are not limited by this policy.
For cryptocurrency, underpayments are not fulfilled automatically and should be completed through the provider where possible or referred to support. Overpayments are recorded for review. A payment received after invoice expiry may take longer to reconcile, but access is issued automatically if a later signature-verified provider update reports the order as finished.
Approved cryptocurrency refunds are normally returned through the payment-provider process. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the refund is based on the GBP value approved for refund and converted into the refund cryptocurrency at the provider’s rate when the refund is processed. It is not calculated using the cryptocurrency’s value at the original payment time. Blockchain fees, provider fees and exchange-rate movements may affect the crypto amount received where the law permits.
UK consumers may have a 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts. If you expressly ask for digital services or content to begin during that period, the law may permit a proportionate charge for service already supplied or may affect the cancellation right for digital content once supply begins. Any required express consent and acknowledgement will be collected at checkout. Send payment, refund, underpayment or overpayment questions to support@ailoveclub.com and include the order number and transaction hash. Never email a wallet seed phrase, private key or password.
The AI Love Club name, website design, software and character materials belong to AI Love Club or its licensors. A credit pass gives you personal, limited and non-transferable access to the service for its fixed term; it does not transfer ownership or permit resale, scraping, model training, automated extraction or commercial exploitation.
You retain rights in original material you submit. You give us permission to process that material only as needed to provide, secure and administer the service. Rights in AI-generated outputs can depend on applicable law and third-party provider terms; no promise of exclusive ownership is made.
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted access, a particular AI response or permanent availability of every character or feature. Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to those rights, AI Love Club is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from personal consumer use.
Report suspected underage access, prohibited content, account-security concerns, privacy requests, billing disputes or accessibility problems to support@ailoveclub.com. Include enough information for us to investigate, but do not email passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary identification documents.
Payment-provider, regulator and law-enforcement safety requests are logged, assigned to the responsible administrator and handled under the written moderation procedure. AI Love Club will acknowledge a CCBill compliance request promptly and provide a substantive response, evidence or an explained interim update within five business days. Content identified in an urgent valid request may be disabled immediately while the review is completed.
AI Love Club is the service name and current point of contact. The operator’s complete legal trading name, service address and any company-registration information must be added here and to the checkout before paid services launch.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes.
We may update this policy as the service, providers or legal requirements change. Material changes will be highlighted and, where appropriate, members will be asked to accept the revised version before continuing.
